To our dear yogis,
Following Government advice, we recently made the difficult decision to temporarily close our beloved studio.
In order for us to continue to bring yoga to you during the current situation, we have already moved to offering live streamed yoga classes with your favourite teachers.
Rather than pre-recording and uploading classes, we decided it would be more beneficial if we live streamed so that we can continue to offer you modifications and advice during the session as we do in a face-to-face class. This will ensure you still receive a personalised experience.
Although we have had to scale down our timetable, we will still continue to offer daily classes. Your membership will still allow you to access these classes. We encourage you to book onto the class at least 2 hours prior to the start. This is so that we have time to send you the log-in code for the class, and to help you troubleshoot any issues you might have with the platform.
All workshops have been postponed and you can use the credit for any workshop which takes place once we reopen. We anticipate that the May retreat will still go ahead and Nathalie will be in discussions with Lower Coxbridge House to keep up to date with the current situation.
Finally, we would like to thank you for the overwhelming support we are receiving from you all in this very difficult and unprecedented time. We love you all and cannot wait for everything to resume to normal and see you in person. In the meanwhile, please stay safe and please follow the government guidance.

We are delighted to announce that if your child is 14+ he/she can attend our weekly class and count it towards the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) which guides and inspires young people in their self-development and recognises their achievements.
Many scientific researches reinsure that Yoga increases fitness levels and improves mental well-being. For this reason, it has been approved by DofE to be part of the Physical Section. For Bronze Award a minimum of 13 classes must be attended; for Silver Award 26 classes must be attended; and for Gold Award 52 classes must be attended. Register is recorded via our GoTeamUp App, when you book into the course of classes.
Please check with your child’s DofE Leader for applicability before booking, alternatively our Teen Yoga Teacher Liana Oldham can do that for you. She will fill in the Form as an Assessor.
To take part in Teen Yoga, no need for special clothing. Comfy joggings and t-shirt are fine. Please bring a water bottle.
Liana Oldham is mother to three kids aged between 10 and 14. She specialised in Yoga and Mindfulness for Adolescence with the Teen Yoga Foundation/YogaCampus London. At Wellness108, she also teaches adults on Thursdays and Sundays mornings.

I always ended up fumbling along using DVDs and books at home. But Nathalie’s classes are relatively small, friendly and non-intimidating. Everyone is encouraged and no one is left behind.
