Book a Class
How do I book?
Download the ZOOM App on to your phone or laptop.
Book your space in the normal way using your membership or class pack.
Upon booking, you will receive the usual confirmation notifcation, aswell as an additional message sent at least 2 hours prior to your online class with a link to register on to the online class via Zoom.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class.
We suggest that you log on to the session 5-10 minutes prior to the class using the personalised password and join the class.
Upon joining, please activate your video camera by clicking the symbol of the camera and double check that you are on MUTE.
Place your phone or laptop where you can see it and it won’t easily fall.You don’t want to interrupt your practice by fiddling about with electronic devices!
Choose some music of your own choice, music played through the main link of the teacher affects the frequency and as everyone but the teacher is muted, we won’t be able to hear your music so you can practice to what you feel like listening to!
Create your own yoga space in a calm room where hopefully you won’t be disturbed.
Have your blanket, eye pillows and any props you may need aswell as some water to keep you hydrated.
By registering on to the class, you are agreeing to our revised waiver & terms and conditions.You must inform the teacher PRIOR to the class if you have any injuries or health concerns.Furthermore, Wellness 108 does not advise that you practice if you have any flu-like symptoms.
