Our chair yoga sessions are designed for you to place wellbeing directly at your desk and practice yoga postures from your chair. We will show you how to alleviate the aches and pains of desk-life, unknot tense shoulders, tight hamstrings and practice breathing practices to help with the challenges during your day.

Classes are capped at 30 people.
Classes last 30 minutes.
All we require is a chair for each participant.
