To our dear yogis,
Following on from the Government’s advice, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our beloved studio. This is following the guidance of social distancing, as it would be impossible to safeguard you responsibly if we were to carry on with face to face classses. We would like to assure you that this is only temporary.
In order for us to continue to bring yoga to you during the current situation, we would like to advise you of the following measures we have taken.
We have already moved to offering live streamed yoga classes with your favourite teachers. Rather than pre-recording and uploading classes, we decided it would be more beneficial if we live streamed so that we can continue to offer you modifications and advice during the session as we do in a face-to-face class. This will ensure you still receive a personalised experience.
Although we have had to scale down our timetable, we will still continue to offer daily classes. Your membership will still allow you to access these classes. We encourage you to book onto the class at least 2 hours prior to the start. This is so that we have time to send you the log-in code for the class, and to help you troubleshoot any issues you might have with the platform.
Again, please be assured that this is only a temporary measure, and that if the situation is prolonged, we will reconsider membership charges.
Furthermore, if you have booked onto a Yin Yoga monthly session with Gemma, you may have already received an email that it has been cancelled for the month of March. We will review the situation on a month-to-month case as the situation plays itself out. We have credited your account for the session, with the chance for you to book on to any future workshop or Yin Yoga of your choice.
All workshops have been postponed and you can use the credit for any workshop which takes place once we reopen.
We anticipate that the May retreat will still go ahead and Nathalie will be in discussions with Lower Coxbridge House to keep up to date with the current situation.
Finally, we would like to thank you for the overwhelming support we are receiving from you all in this very difficult and unprecedented time. We love you all and cannot wait for everything to resume to normal and see you in person. In the meanwhile, please stay safe and please follow the government guidance.

About Online Yoga with Wellness 108
What about my Membership?
We will keep the memberships at the same rates for the time being, however, if this becomes a prolonged period, we will review the membership structure and price system. However, we have reduced the ‘drop in’ single class pass to £10.
If you do not wish to participate in on-line classes, please email Nathalie at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are offering a 2 month extension to current class packs and a freeze on memberships for use when we re-open.
How do I book?
Download the ZOOM App on to your phone or laptop.
Head over to www.wellness108.co.uk and book your space in the normal way using your membership or class pack.
Upon booking, you will receive the usual confirmation notifcation, aswell as an additional message sent at least 2 hours prior to your online class with a link to register on to the online class via Zoom.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class.
We suggest that you log on to the session 5-10 minutes prior to the class using the personalised password and join the class.
Upon joining, please activate your video camera by clicking the symbol of the camera and double check that you are on MUTE.
Place your phone or laptop where you can see it and it won’t easily fall. You don’t want to interrupt your practice by fiddling about with electronic devices!
Choose some music of your own choice, music played through the main link of the teacher affects the frequency and as everyone but the teacher is muted, we won’t be able to hear your music so you can practice to what you feel like listening to!
Create your own yoga space in a calm room where hopefully you won’t be disturbed.
Have your blanket, eye pillows and any props you may need aswell as some water to keep you hydrated.
By registering on to the class, you are agreeing to our revised waiver & terms and conditions. You must inform the teacher PRIOR to the class if you have any injuries or health concerns. Furthermore, Wellness 108 does not advise that you practice if you have any flu-like symptoms.
We look forward to hearing from you soon and ‘seeing’ you on the mat!
