Our monthly Friday evening Yin & Yoga Nidra sessions allows you to have time & space full of restoration and relaxation. Each month will have its own theme which invites you to slow down and look inwards, redressing any way we might be out of balance according to the seasons and our lives .

The longer holds give us time to drop into the stiller, quieter, reflective nature of yin – time to slow down and look inwards.
We’ll start with leading you through a soulful yin yoga practice surrounded by candles, allowing yourself time to slow down, look inwards and really feel your body and mind unfurl.

And it gets better! You will be then expertly guided through the unique relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep and 45 minutes can feel like 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest & relaxation, can alleviate insomnia, calms the nervous system and leads to improved sleep and better health. It is also shown to be beneficial in the treatment of ME/CFS, PTSD, anxiety and depression.

So, what is there not to love? Blankets, candles, incense AND yoga with relaxation?! Sounds a bit too nice, we think!
