Our workplace yoga classes, which are an ideal antidote to days being spent at the desk, will typically include:
Stress-busting breathing practices to induce calm and relaxation
Stretching out tired and tight muscles
Strengthening and toning the whole body
A relaxation practice to improve focus and clarity.
The classes will be suitable for all levels – from experienced practitioners to absolute beginners.
How it works:
Classes are capped at 20 people.
Classes last 60 minutes, 45 minute classes are available, but are charged at the 60 minute rate
To really reap the benefits, we suggest signing up to an 8 week term of weekly classes.
Classes take place in an available space at your workplace; you typically need 21 sq feet per yogi (based on a standard sized 2 x 6 ft yoga mat.) or sessions are available at our Boutique Yoga Studio in the heart of Billericay – capped at 12 people.
We offer you a free consultation to get an understanding of your requirements and match the right teacher to you. If booking a course, you’ll have the same teacher for the duration.
We ask that you provide your own yoga mats (we recommend Yogamatters) or hire from us for £5 per mat per term or single booking.
Pregnant women are welcome to join from 14 weeks onwards.
